Carson. Mild tremors of earthquake were felt in Los Angeles, USA on Friday night. There is no report of any major damage or casualties due to the earthquake. According to the website of the US Geological Survey, a 4.3-magnitude earthquake struck at 7.58 pm and the epicenter was at a depth of 14 km from the ground in Carson, about 34 km southeast of Los Angeles.
Tremors were also felt in neighboring cities including Santa Monica, Torrance and Beverly Hills. No problem has been reported at the oil refinery in Carson.
There were no reports of “major damage or injury” to the Los Angeles Fire Department.
