There is no companion in political Mahabharata, how will Abhay Chautala get out of the cycle of time?

The Indian National Lok Dal, which is at the center of power in the politics of Haryana, is facing a lot of challenges for the first time. These challenges are from both inside and outside. On one hand his father Omprakash Chautala is in jail and on the other hand his nephew Dushyant Singh Chautala has made a big dent in INLD by forming Jannayak Janata Party.

Indian National Lok Dal MLAs are either leaving the party and joining BJP or are chanting JJP. In such a situation, the challenge before Abhay Chautala is not only to organize the broken party but also to leave the old impression of INLD in the 2019 assembly elections.

Trouble on INLD from the Mahabharata of the clan

Abhay Chautala is accused of ousting his brother and nephews from the party. In fact, the struggle for power within the Chautala family came to the surface when Omprakash Chautala ordered the expulsion of his son Ajay and grandsons Dushyant-Digvijay Chautala from within Tihar.

The script of the Chautala family’s Mahabharata was prepared in Tihar Jail and the rally in Sonepat was changed to Kurukshetra. In fact, a part of the crowd raised slogans against Abhay Chautala at the INLD rally in Sonepat. On which Omprakash Singh Chautala got angry. Omprakash Chautala, who was in jail in the Junior Basic Teacher recruitment scam, expelled Dushyant and Digvijay from the party and also dissolved the INLD’s Yuva Morcha. Two weeks later, he canceled the primary membership of the INLD of son Ajay Singh Chautala.

If the family broke, the party also broke. The allegations were leveled against Abhay Singh Chautala. But Abhay Chautala says that the matter of estrangement in the family is completely wrong and disciplinary action has been taken against the nephews.

Many works were done for the development of sports in the state.

Abhay Chautala was born in Sirsa. He has done his graduation in Arts from Agriculture University of Haryana. He has a passion for sports since childhood. He represented Haryana in National Volleyball Championship 8 times and won many medals.

In the year 2000, Abhay Chautala made his political debut by winning the Rori assembly seat on INLD ticket. Abhay Chautala also fulfilled his election promise after winning the election and got the Jannayak Chaudhary Devilal Memorial Engineering College built in his constituency. In the year 2005, he became the President of the Zilla Parishad of Sirsa. In the year 2009, won the by-election to the Ellenabad assembly seat.

He was re-elected in the 2014 assembly elections and became the Leader of the Opposition in the Assembly. In the year 2014, despite the Modi wave, his strategy was praised for winning 2 seats in the Lok Sabha elections. It is said for Abhay Chautala that he has worked hard in education, sports and building infrastructure. Abhay Chautala introduced sports quota in government jobs and educational institutions to encourage sports and sportspersons in the state. Along with this, the credit of giving attractive prizes to the international players and giving diet allowance to the players also goes to Abhay Chautala.

Will Chautala-Raj return to Haryana?

There was a time when in the Haryana elections, all the votes of Jats used to go to INLD first and then split between BJP-Congress. But now in the changed political equations, the situation has been created to confuse the Jat voters. In such a situation, the fight is not easy in front of INLD, which is doing politics of Jats. This is the reason that now this is a decisive battle for Abhay Chautala and INLD. Abhay Chautala has made both his sons Karna and Arjun as the national spokespersons of the party. In this Mahabharata of politics, the third generation of Bansilal-Bhajanlal-Devilal, who ruled Haryana’s politics for almost 30 years, is going through a period of change.
