Became a member of RSS at the age of 24
In 1977, at the age of 24, Khattar joined the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh. At the age of 27, he became a pracharak of the Sangh. For 14 years, he continued to campaign for the Sangh. In 1994, Khattar joined the BJP. The BJP made Khattar the general secretary of Haryana. Till the year 2014, he remained on the post of State General Secretary of Haryana. Apart from being the CM of Haryana, he is also a member of BJP’s National Executive Committee.

Dedicated life in the promotion of the Sangh
Manohar Lal Khattar is unmarried. He devoted his life to the promotion of the Sangh. He had met PM Narendra Modi during the time of the campaigner of the Sangh.
